Saving water with Pavers and Artificial Turf

Replacing a pool or lawn with pavers or turf will save A LOT of water.  We replaced a leaky old pool with Artificial Turf and pavers, and our yard is much more usable while requiring only a tiny fraction of the water.  Filling in a pool requires a permit in many places, and it is well worth it to be sure it is done correctly.

Taking out a pool can be expesive (might be $15k or more) but in many areas, a pool doesn’t add value to a home, and it takes up space which could be used for other activities.

We used System Pavers for the job.  They did a great job and we could not be happier with the final result.  If you give them a call, please let them know that the Rahn’s in Mountain View referred you.  They have a great referral program where you can earn back the cost of your project.
